Pet Friendly

NORTHLINE
LOVES YOUR PETS

Northline is a pet friendly apartment community located in a natural conservancy, a beautiful environment for your pets to call home. Enjoy scenic areas and plenty of privacy and green space – the perfect setting to jump-start your morning or unwind at dusk.

Pet friendly open space is in abundance as the development boasts multiple areas where your pets can get plenty of exercise. Surely they will be too happy and tired to even consider misbehaving! The trails south of Lineville Road at Barkhausen Waterfowl Reserve are some beautiful areas for your pets to get outside and burn some energy!

Pet Policy

Here at Northline, we happily welcome your dogs and cats! There is a strict two pet maximum. Restrictions include Pit bulls, Rottweilers, and any mix of the two. Animals other than dogs and cats are also prohibited. Pets over 65 pounds will not be accepted. Some weight exceptions may apply.

There is a $300 initial pet fee per dog and a $250 initial fee per cat (non-refundable). Monthly pet rents are $45 per month per pet.

Dog Waste Control Initiative

Midwest Expansion prides itself on providing residents with an aesthetically pleasing, and most importantly, a clean environment to reside in. In an effort to maintain this lifestyle, we require all residents with a dog to submit their pet’s DNA for our Dog Waste Control Initiative. The DNA is collected and stored so that in the event that any dog waste is improperly left on the Premises, we are able to identify the source.

Within the first week of moving in, each dog will be swabbed with a dog DNA test kit (the costs associated are included in the initial Pet Fee). When dog waste is found undisposed of, a sample may be tested and matched to one of our dog residents. The resident will be assessed a $200 fine for the first two offenses and is subject to eviction upon the third offense. The mission is not to assess fines, but for the property to remain a beautiful and clean place to live.
